Private and Small Group Sessions
Wrestling and Strength and Conditioning Training Sessions are available at our main facility.
We offer:
Private training (1 on 1 training)
Buddy Training (2 athletes training together)
Groups of 3-5 athletes
Groups of 6 or more

Membership Angel: someone who would cover the cost of the Session for a wrestler who has a hardship: $175
