Youth Wrestling Practice

  • All Levels and ages 7 and up
  • Monday and Wednesdays
  • 4:30–5:30 pm
  • Both Boy and Girl wrestlers are welcome

2024 Beginners Krav Maga Camp Schedule

This is a true beginner's camp. Each member of the camp has little to no experience in self-defense training or combatives. What an excellent opportunity to try something new, get in shape, and learn a new skill all while having fun!

**Please wear regular workout clothing and athletic foot wear that has only been used for indoor use**

  • This MMA class is geared towards the serious Amateur or Professional Fighter looking to take their skills to the next level.
  • It is helpful to have a year or more or experience in the following: Wrestling, BJJ, Sambo, Judo, Boxing, Muay Thai or Kick Boxing

Advanced Krav Maga Class

** Must Complete Our 8-Week Beginners Course and by invitation only**

This training option is for the true Krav Maga practitioner! You have a set schedule and can make the commitment to take your self-defense and fitness to new levels all while having a great time! Krav Maga is a realist self-defense system that is easy to learn. With commitment and consistency, you can become proficient in as little as 9 months. Signing up in advance is encouraged. By invitation only.

Adult Beginner Judo Class

Description:

Judo is a martial art that emphasizes the use of quick movement and leverage to throw an opponent. Its techniques are generally intended to turn an opponent's force to one's own advantage rather than to oppose it directly. Also, involves ground techniques as well.

Seminar - Coming Soon

  • About the seminar: You will learn how to prevent and deal with attacks most common to woman.

  • Rate: $40 if you sign up before, $50 cash at the door
  • About the Instructor: Wayne Helms, the owner of Elite Krav Maga Training and Fitness is a certified Krav Maga instructor through KMG Global, a national Sambo Champion and a current Purple Belt in BJJ . He is known for having a unique and effective teaching style as he brings real world experiences to every technique and tactic.
  • About the Coach: Shelly Hughes is the highest ranked student at Elite Krav Maga Training and fitness. She is also a self defense coach and the owner of Nolia Roots a marketing company out of Media, PA Shelly has a warm and engaging teaching style that helps to empower and inspire other woman to get fit and learn how to defend themselves.
