2024 Beginners Krav Maga Camp Schedule

  • Mondays and Wednesdays
  • 5:30–6:30 pm
  • 8 Weeks for $99.00
  • 2024 CAMP 1 - January 8th to February 28th
  • 2024 CAMP 2 - March 4th to April 24th
  • 2024 CAMP 3 - April 29th to June 19th ( NO Class Memorial Day)
  • 2024 CAMP 4 - June 24th to August 14th
  • 2024 CAMP 5 - August 26th to October 16th (NO Class Labor Day)
  • 2024 CAMP 6 - October 21st to December 11th

This is a true beginner's camp. Each member of the camp has little to no experience in self-defense training or combatives. What an excellent opportunity to try something new, get in shape, and learn a new skill all while having fun!

Youth Wrestling Practice

  • All Levels and ages 7 and up
  • Monday and Wednesdays
  • 4:30–5:30 pm
  • Both Boy and Girl wrestlers are welcome
  • New wrestlers are encouraged to join

Seminar - Coming Soon

  • About the seminar: You will learn how to prevent and deal with attacks most common to woman.
  • Date and time: TBA
  • Rate: $40 if you sign up before, $50 cash at the door
  • About the Instructor: Wayne Helms, the owner of Elite Krav Maga Training and Fitness is a certified Krav Maga instructor through KMG Global, a national Sambo Champion and a current Blue Belt in BJJ . He is known for having a unique and effective teaching style as he brings real world experiences to every technique and tactic.
  • About the Coach: Shelly Hughes is the highest ranked student at Elite Krav Maga Training and fitness. She is also a self defense coach and the owner of Nolia Roots a marketing company out of Media, PA Shelly has a warm and engaging teaching style that helps to empower and inspire other woman to get fit and learn how to defend themselves.

Striking Class- All Levels are welcome to join

  • Beginner and advanced levels are welcome
  • About the class: In our striking class you will learn the proper and effective striking techinques from various striking arts such as boxing, Muay Thai and savate. This class will be fun, informative and effective for anyone who wants to imporve or learn striking. Most importantly this class will be an incredible workout.

Description:

This Class is perfect for the beginner and experienced striker that wants to have fun, get a great workout and build a valuable skill!

**Please wear regular workout clothing, have a towel and water bottle**

Equipment needed: 16oz boxing gloves, shin guards and hand wraps

We have equipment that you can borrow if you are in need

Advanced Krav Maga Class

  • Mondays and Wednesdays

** Must Complete Our 8-Week Beginners Course and by invitation only**

This training option is for the true Krav Maga practitioner! You have a set schedule and can make the commitment to take your self-defense and fitness to new levels all while having a great time! Krav Maga is a realist self-defense system that is easy to learn. With commitment and consistency, you can become proficient in as little as 9 months. Signing up in advance is encouraged. By invitation only.

2024 Wrestler Strength and Conditioining Camp

Description:

2024 Wrestler Strength and Conditioning Class offers the best training to have you perform your best and stay injury-free this wrestling Season!

Our Wrestler Strength and Conditioning Class will focus on three main things in each phase: Injury prevention, improving on the mat performance, and strength

Phase one: will help you transition into strength training after a tough regular and post-season while helping you to keep your edge for freestyle season.

Phase Two: We will kick it into high gear and hunt our lifting goals!

Phase three: Three will be pre-season training. We will focus on increasing strength while improving muscle endurance and conditioning for the pre-season competition season

 

Why train with us?

Coach Helms has over 30 years of coaching and training experience with mainly wrestlers but other athletes as well from the youth to the professional level.

Coach Helms has coached 2 State Champions and multiple state medalists.

In addition, Helms was a High School and college wrestler and won a national title in Sambo! Currently, he is an active BJJ competitor as well placing 1st and 2nd in Gi and no Gi competions. Also is the head coach for up-and-coming MMA fighters.
