Youth Wrestling Practice
Ages 7 and up both boys and girls are welcome
Monday and Wednesdays 4:30-5:30pm
Girls ONLY Practice
Focus will be on Freestyle Techniques and Tactics
Monday and Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm
Middle and High School Practice
Tuesday and Thursdays
6-7:30pm

Private and Small Group Sessions
Wrestling and Strength and Conditioning Training Sessions are available at our main facility.
We offer:
Private training (1 on 1 training)
Buddy Training (2 athletes training together)
Groups of 3-5 athletes
Groups of 6 or more
