Monday and Wednesdays

  • Wrestling 6:30-8pm  
  • Adult Judo 9-10am

Tuesday and Thursdays 

  • Adult Judo 9-10am
  • Kids Judo Class 4:30-5:30pm
  • Beginners Krav Maga Camp 5:30-6:30pm (Thursdays Only) 
  • Advanced Krav Maga Class 6:30-7:30pm (Sparring the last Thursday of the month)

Adult Judo

Kids Judo (ages 13+)

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm

For those who are truly focused on improving their fitness, we can help you reach your goals. Our private training services are perfect for the busy client that needs to fit training on their schedule.

When you are too busy or unable to come to our gym for in-person classes, you can still learn from our trainers online. We offer three tiers of training to fit your schedule and proficiency:

  • Tier One – General Monthly Programming
  • Tier Two – Individualized Plan (Weekly Communication)
  • Tier Three – Individualized Plan (Daily Communication)
